Our Story of Love
Zatz Bnanaz Pudding was born from love, loss, and the sweetness of legacy. My mom was a chef with a heart as big as her kitchen, and her banana pudding was everyone’s favorite. She kept the recipe a secret, but it was always a symbol of family, comfort, and joy.
When she passed away on New Year’s from a stroke caused by high blood pressure, my whole world shifted. I struggled to find my purpose and the strength to keep going. My boyfriend encouraged me to try doing things I love, I found my way back to the kitchen. Together, we created the name "Zatz Bnanaz", in honor of her and the love she poured into everything she cooked.

To carry her memory forward in a healthier way, I recreated her recipe using dairy-free, no white flour/ white sugar/ box ingredients, so that everyone can enjoy it — and so we can celebrate her legacy while taking care of our hearts.
Now, every spoonful of Bnana’z Pudding is a taste of love, healing, and tradition — a reminder that even through loss, sweetness can be found again
